Here are two pages from my July bill. The Orange blocks represent my Orange number (yes it appears I call myself a lot!). The other numbers that are not relevant I have white blocked out.
As you can see I seem to have been charged for Wildfire twice on my Line 1 bill (e.g. two calls at 17:56 on 16/7) one to my number & one to Wildfire.
If you look at my Line 2 bill (on which I have the normal Orange Answerphone Service) you will see that I have been charged for calls to my Line one number AND to 123 (labelled Wildfire in some cases and Orange Answerphone in others!)
Not bad considereing you can't have Wildfire on line 2!
Now OCS said oh no worries we will re-calculate you and credit you on your August bill (ROFL)
Then the August bill arrives.
Needless to say no refund and yet again the double billing on both my Line 1 bill and also Wildfire calls on my Line 2 bill.
In addition the very last call on my Line 1 bill is shown as a normal national call to my home number. This I find totally intriguing as both me and my phone+SIM had left London Heathrow at 1pm on a 3 hour flight! Even Orange confirm that I had logged onto the "Póstur og Simi" network 3h30 mins before this call was made!!!
