For those of you who don't know this is a scam in which an 'unknown' company uses Orange's group voicemail facilities to send the message you hear to up to 20-25 mailboxes at a time for the cost of one call. They make the call sound an Orange 'official' call to get a free phone. Initially they didn't say that the phone number given was a premium rate number. This is effectively   'spamming' aided by a loop hole in the Orange system.

It appears that the numbers chosen are completely random.
